This session is a fusion of Dynamic Pilates, Vinyasa Yoga, Thera-Band strength training, Ballet-Barre sequences, Detox Breathwork, bamboo martial-dance, and a Mini-Meditation. A refreshingly unique Zen workout to build strength, agility, stamina, balance, coordination, excellent posture, while toning entire body.
